One of the best local venues for sketching and photography, Old Town Auburn is also a great place for lunch! We’ll meet at the Gold Rush Plaza, pictured above, rain or shine. Hopefully, we will have a couple of hours of reasonable weather to sketch, paint and snap before adjourning to the Auburn Alehouse right next door to Old Town Gallery.
Dress warm!
In case you’re new to the sketchcrawl format, it goes like this: You bring something to draw with and something to draw on – or bring a camera, if that’s your bag. Draw, sketch, paint or snap for a couple of hours, then bring your work to our group lunch and sketch throwdown.
NOTE: you don’t have to be an RFA member to participate, but RFA memberships are always open!
